There is contaminated soil detected in the surroundings of South-Holland. You can read more about this on the website of OZHZ (Omgevingsdienst Zuid-Holland Zuid). On the 8th of july 2019 the ministry of I&W have implemented a temporary change in the framework of action for the reuse of PFAS contaminated soil. With this change the entire framework of action for the rest of the Netherlands will also implement similar policies during this time.
For private use you can bring your soil in small quantities to local collection points, such as the municipal yard or the Milieustraat. For more information on this call your local government for information. Large quantities can be collected via containers and can be brought to the Grondbank via us. As the result of the new policies every soil container needs to be analysed which requires us to charge extra fees. You can rent these PFOA-soil containers here.

Do you live in the Rijnmond region and are you planning to remove soil from your garden? Then there is a chance that you live in the PFOA soil region, which has contaminated soil.
